Who Do You Think You Are Anyway?

My description has become a work in progress.  My relationships to other include mother, daughter, wife, sister.  When I go back to work next month I'll be employee and manager and colleague.  I am friend to some kindreds across this fair planet.

I have worked in the non-profit field for over 15 years as a feminist, health care advocate, anti-racist, anti-violence, disability rights advocate, aid worker and paper pusher.

I strive to make choices that are ethical and right for me, and those that I love.  I sometimes simply react.

I strive to make peace with myself and treat others with compassion.  I push myself too much and tend to expect too much of others.

I strive to never stop believing in and working towards a better world.  I sometimes get so frustrated that I cry.
